The Applications are open to apply for the International Forum We Youth (IFWY) 2025. It is a Fully Funded New International Global Platform that connects Young Leaders with policymakers. The Objective of this International Youth Forum is to Empower Youth leadership, bringing together leaders from around the world to exchange ideas, build mutual understanding, and collaboratively find solutions to global challenges.
The Final Conference will take place in Seoul, South Korea, in October 2025, with approximately 175 participants expected to attend. No Application Fee and organized by the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) and Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC). Eligibility Criteria
- The We Youth, International Forum is open to all Nationals.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old, or demonstrate a youthful mindset characterized by openness, adaptability, and dedication to change.
- Show proven interest or experience in sustainable development, including areas like peacebuilding, climate action, social justice, or innovation.
- Commit to attending the entire event in person if you are selected.
How to Apply for the International Forum, We Youth (IFWY) 2025?
The Step-by-Step Application Process:
- Prepare Your Materials:
- Self-Introduction: Submit a brief written (max 500 words) or video (max 1 minute) introduction about yourself, your background, and why you want to join IFWY.
- Minute Policy Message: Share your insights on an important issue (e.g., climate, peace, justice, equality). You can do this via a 3-minute video/audio (upload to platforms like YouTube/Vimeo and provide the link) or a short written message (max 1,500 words). This is your opportunity to showcase your critical thinking.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill out the official form with your details, regional affiliation, and answers to the motivation questions.
