When can I apply for the Rector’s Scholarship?
The Rector’s Scholarship application is open from April 1st to June 30th each year.
Who is eligible to apply for the scholarship?
Applicants must:
- For undergraduate and graduate students
- Have submitted their application to IPB University through the official admission portal
- Pass the admission selection process and receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from IPB University

Where should I apply for admission to be considered for the scholarship?
- Undergraduate Applicants: Apply via the International Class Admission Portal
- Graduate Applicants: Apply through the Graduate Admission Portal
Can I apply for the scholarship before receiving the LoA (Letter of Acceptance)?
No. You can only apply for the Rector’s Scholarship after you have received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from IPB University.
What documents are required for the Rector’s Scholarship application?
You must submit the following documents:
- Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from IPB University
- Certificate of Completion or Diploma
- High school certificate for undergraduate applicants
- Bachelor’s/Master’s certificate for graduate applicants
