Taipei Tech Southbound Elite Training Program 2025 in Taiwan (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the New Taipei Tech Southbound Elite Training Program 2025. This is a fully funded cultural exchange program in Taiwan, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and hosted at the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), also known as Taipei Tech. The Duration of the Program is 5 Months, and it will take Place from September 2025 to January 2026.

The goal of this program is to invite candidates to explore Taiwanese culture and strengthen diplomatic and economic cooperation with other countries. During the Program, students will also take AI and semiconductor-related, and Chinese language courses. There is no application fee, and IELTS is not required. More details are below.

Activities During the 5-Month Exchange Program

  • Gain a deeper insight into Taiwan Culture.
  • Earn a certificate of completion.
  • Students will visit famous high-tech companies and Science Parks in Taiwan.
  • CLTC will hold field trips, leading students to visit famous scenic spots in Taiwan.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Pakistan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Nepal, Laos, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Australia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, New Zealand & Vietnam.
  • The applicant should be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student.
  • The applicant should not be a resident of Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau.
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency is NOT required.
