Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship Program Universities
Humphrey Fellows are assigned to one of approximately 13-18 U.S. universities, typically in groups of 7-15, rather than choosing their host institution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a citizen of an Eligible Country.
- The Fellowship is open to mid-career professionals.
- Have an undergraduate (first university or Bachelor’s) degree.
- Have a minimum of five years of full-time professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Can speak and understand English well.
