Humphrey Fellows are assigned to one of approximately 13-18 U.S. universities, typically in groups of 7-15, rather than choosing their host institution.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a citizen of an Eligible Country.
  • The Fellowship is open to mid-career professionals.
  • Have an undergraduate (first university or Bachelor’s) degree.
  • Have a minimum of five years of full-time professional experience.
